Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive.  Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Q: Can I return my product?
A: We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Q: How are your products shipped?
A: We take great care of packaging our products so they don't get damaged during the shipping.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All Canadian and International orders are shipped from Toronto by Canada Post.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, all orders of $150 and higher include free domestic and international shipping.

Q: Where do you ship your products too?
A: Currently we ship to Canada and USA. For overseas shipment please contact us.
